France is not so different than the rest of Europe (the core markets). One thing hurting other countries is the availability of high (and very high) speed access, not the cost. Scandinavia kicks the rest of europe's ass when it comes to broadband. We 'Ros Beefs' have one main provider for 20Mbps, but the availability is very limited.
